MyPetPomPom.com is an original idea, created by 2 daughters and their Dad. Currently only available for sale through our website, with shipping across CANADA only. (Special international shipping available on request – Please Email: [email protected].  We are not on Amazon, Etsy or anywhere else online:) If you wish to reach us direct, we would love to hear from you, feel free to give us a call (416) 994-3392 or Email: [email protected]

Our Current Delivery Schedule for orders placed is approx 3-5 Days.

MyPetPomPom.com is a family run business managing all activities hands on.  We pack, label and ship in house and use Canada Post to ship direct from our place to yours, anywhere in Canada! If you are in the Barrie/Simcoe area or Toronto area we may even personally do the delivery ourselves:)

SHIPPING FEE

Canada Post FLAT FEE is $7.95

RETURNS:

We want to make it simple! If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, cancel an order or refund a purchase we will accommodate. Email me direct and I will take care of it for you. Darren “The Dad :)”  [email protected]

Any returns must be un-used, in it’s original packaging.  We kindly request you let us know 15 days from receipt of your purchase that you wish to return.
